By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ph.rush platform available at phrush.one (hereinafter referred to as "ph.rush," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the ph.rush platform and close any account you may have registered. Continued use of ph.rush following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

ph.rush reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use ph.rush, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations enforced by PAGCOR.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.

To access the full range of ph.rush services, you must create a player account by completing the registration process at phrush.one. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and a valid mobile number.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times. ph.rush is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• One Account Policy: Each individual may register only one (1) ph.rush account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ph.rush will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify ph.rush immediately at the contact details provided in Section 15 if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Account Verification (KYC): ph.rush may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

All financial transactions on ph.rush are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). ph.rush supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at ph.rush's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ph.rush account upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ph.rush is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• ph.rush targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for GCash withdrawals, subject to verification status and transaction volume. Processing times for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may vary.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph.rush and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with ph.rush games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to ph.rush immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using ph.rush to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any ph.rush software or system.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph.rush staff, live dealers, or other players.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or opening an account on behalf of another person.

All content on the ph.rush platform — including but not limited to the ph.rush brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ph.rush or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph.rush platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ph.rush content without prior written consent.
• Use the ph.rush brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Create derivative works based on ph.rush content or software.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the ph.rush platform.

Any unauthorized use of ph.rush intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by ph.rush.

ph.rush collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. • Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service thereon.
• Any loss or damage arising from gambling activity conducted on the Platform.

ph.rush's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph.rush account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph.rush reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player without valid cause.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Upon account closure, ph.rush will process any remaining verified balance (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance review. ph.rush is not obligated to return funds where closure results from a breach of these Terms.

You may also close your ph.rush account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute between you and ph.rush, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ph.rush customer support. ph.rush will endeavor to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. For disputes relating to gaming conduct or regulatory matters, PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures may apply.

ph.rush reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at phrush.one/terms-conditions, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — ph.rush will provide advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent in-platform notification, where reasonably practicable. The notice period for material changes will be no less than 7 days, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of ph.rush following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using ph.rush and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
